My Iphone start music by itself for no reason

Hello I am having way more bug with my Iphone 13 pro max than I had with my Iphone 6s plus. This is really annoying I don't know what's happening to IOS but it came bug or even more than android. Well anyway I will switch if this bugged is not fixed. For litteraly no reason my Iphone start the last music I played on apple music (I mean music that is stored on the phone not your service) luckily I have a embient music stored on my Iphone that last 8 hours ! I say luckily because I don't use this app and so most of time this music come out from the speaker. This is really annoying this can start at litterally any time in the night ? At the morning ? ANYTIME.

Please fix this and the overall system.

Oh and by the time I am here my apple watch is not able to do a precise "find my" of my Iphone 13 pro max, I have an apple watch serie 9 and a Iphone 13 pro max so why it's not working ? I know this need specific hardware but didn't I have the right one combo ?
