That message is a Blatant SCAM, and the link is clearly not to Apple.
Unless and Until Internet and telephone system access is limited to HONEST people only, you will continue to receive communications from criminals.
These outright lies are attempts by those criminals to panic you into doing something stupid.
The simple rule:
NEVER click links in emails or alerts or provide ANY personal information to such messages, unless YOU initiated to connection or phone call.
In the extremely unlikely event the sender MIGHT be telling you truth, verify by YOU starting the connection using Fundamental sources you already know or looked up separately.
It’s a scam.
Simply block, report and delete the message.
