Apple TV a2169 in boot loop

Hey there! May be someone can help as there are so many people with the same problem! can’t switch on the device. The light is blinking.After checking the information in the internet found out that there might be a possibility to update it with a specific golden eye cable , that can put the device in DFU mode and connect it to a PC with application Apple Configurator preinstalled. But there is nothing about the update files available.Is it a working method for me?Is there the signed ipsw file that matches the model a2169?

Hi.

This is a known issue with the A2169. There’s no signed IPSW available so restoring via DFU won’t help right now. Best bet is to contact Apple Support or visit a Genius Bar for repair options.

The official message is to contact Apple Support for servicing the unit.

Thanks a lot for your reply. Don’t you know if there’s any official comment on this issue ?it seems unbelievable that so many people have to throw out their gadgets just because of the problem that Apple doesn’t want to share the software.
