Zoom workplace download disabled with version history outdated comment

Hi Team

while I tried downloading the Zoom workplace file from App Store, Get option was frozen and version mention was - Not supported

Could you pls suggest next steps / fix

If you already have Zoom on your computer, delete it and reinstall it from new. Also, perhaps try installing it directly from Zoom.
