“ Find My” shows my wrong location to another person

Hello! The “Find My” on my iPhone shows wrong location to another person who is in another country.

I have US Apple Account. The other person has also US Apple Account. He is in the US. I am in Russia currently. Before this month everything worked well no matter where I traveled to.

My location is shown in the same place all the time even though I have never been to this place for 3 months.
