Unable to sign on to Apple TV on my PC for streaming.

Apple.com site accepts my email and password, but the Apple TV site does not. It just keeps returning to sign in request window. This has happened before and don't know what we did to fix. It even has given me verification code, but then when inputting, it just returns me to signin.
