How do I export an album to a USB stick?
In Music 1.3.6.14, how do I export and album (or just a few tracks) to a USB drive so I can play them in my car or on another computer?
iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 13.7

Drag them there from the Music application or the Finder. Songs gotten through an Apple Music subscription(not bought individually) can't be used on a standalone player.

Depending upon the age of your car you may find some formats more compatible than others. I find with our car, playing .m4a files can on occasion be problematic whereas .mp3 has no issues. If you have truly ancient tracks purchased from the iTunes Store many years go it is even conceivable that some may have DRM protection.

iTunes Store songs purchased up through some time in 2009 will have DRM. These songs have a bit rate of 128 Kbps and a kind of "Protected AAC".
Once Apple showed that you could get people to buy downloadable music if you made it convenient to do so, the record companies didn't like the idea that Apple might have "too much" power over them as a retailer. The record companies let Amazon start selling non-DRMed MP3s, and after a while, let Apple sell non-DRMed AACs, in return for abandoning the original flat "99 cent per song" pricing model.
The iTunes Store songs sold since then have had a bit rate of 256 Kbps and have not had DRM.
Which then leads me to the question of how to export albums and tracks in MP3 format. These would NOT be items I purchased.
