How do I remove myself from Family Sharing without a Mac or I phone?

I do not have an I-phone or a Mac. My name was put on a Family Sharing account without my permission. Apple Support has told me for over 6 years that I cannot remove my name. They have told me to create a new account, but I would lose all of my digital movies and my gift card balance.

I have not been able to buy anything from Apple for years. I have a gift card balance that I cannot use, so I stopped buying I-Tunes gift cards. I cannot buy digital movies from Apple either, so I have to buy them elsewhere.

Please do not tell me that I can remove my name with an I-phone or a Mac. I have read dozens of posts with that answer, so it does not help at all.
