Pause/timer screen pops up every 3 seconds while watching Apple TV on Dell Inspiron 3030

Watching apple tv on Dell Inspiron 3030 with rtx3050 6GB add-in video card.

approximately every 3 seconds the screen displays the ‘pause/fast/reverse 10second, show name and show progression bar’ as though there is mouse or keyboard input causing this. I have touch anything and I’m about to unsubscribe from the service because it is a major retraction from the enjoyment of watching the shows.

please help or throw ideals out to correct the issues.
