Nixplay Plus upgrade Failure through Apple

I upgraded from Nixplay Lite to Plus in April, 2025. Never received the Plus benefits. When I asked Nixplay, they told me it wouldn't upgrade, since I already had Lite....what?? I cancelled thru Apple and now I can't get my $ back and am still out the Plus services. I don't feel Apple should offer Nixplay upgrades, as it won't work. I put together a Word chronology of events leading up to my total disatisfaction with bothy Nixplay and Apple. Beware....
