Unable to enable Apple Intelligence on iPhone 16 Pro

There are other requirements that have to also be met in order to use Apple Intelligence aside from being on iOS 18.1 or later.

• Make sure you have at least 7 GB of available storage. You can check in Settings > General > iPhone Storage.
• Make sure your Siri language and device language are set to the same supported language. You can do so in Settings > Siri > Siri Language and Settings > General > Language and Region.

Supported languages include: Chinese (Simplified), English (Australia, Canada, India, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, UK, and US), French (Belgium, Canada, France, Switzerland), German (Austria, Germany, Switzerland), Italian (Italy, Switzerland), Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish (Chile, Mexico, Spain, US). Apple Intelligence is available on Apple Vision Pro devices set to English (US). 

Note Apple Intelligence currently is not supported for devices sold in Mainland China.

How to get Apple Intelligence - Apple Support

If Apple Intelligence is stuck on your iPhone:

1. Open Settings ➢ General ➢ iPhone Storage.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap ⚙️ iOS.
3. Apple Intelligence should be fully downloaded if it reads: 6.28 GB. ⇣

Now, go directly to Settings ➢ Apple Intelligence & Siri and you should find the prompt or switch to toggle on Apple Intelligence.
