The new Apple Watch update has destroyed my battery life. It can’t even last 4 hours. I have restarted it and my phone. Deleted apps. Set all the battery saving options available. Help!!!

Apple hasn't sold the Watch 6 since 2021. So even if it was never opened, it's been sitting without being used for a couple of years. That's never good for batteries.
Did you also try to unpair your watch and set it up again?
What is the maximum capacity of your battery?
