hi, i am unable to activate apple tv through tata play binge app. it shows me activation QR code which after scanning takes me to “api.videoready.tv” and i get an error on the page as api rate limit exceeded. when contacted tata they say its an apple issue. Pls help if any of you have got this issue and resolved
Not unusual for a developer to say that any issue must be an Apple issue instead of taking responsibility for an app that claims to give you features that do not work. It is their responsibility to test the app to make sure it works. The link you provided is not one that is managed by Apple and does not work on my end either. There is nothing Apple can do about that.
You can report the app to Apple here and you would want to use the "Report a Quality Issue" as the reason. Apple will not be able to solve the problem, but with enough complaints and no resolution by the developer, it will be removed from the App Store.

Hi Jim,
the app is downloaded from App Store. Tata play offers Apple TV subscription to its users. Hence while activating Apple TV through Tata play after scanning the QR code it takes me to the above mentioned api call . Tata guys are telling that it’s an apple issue.
