Excessive junk mail on Mac and iPhone email accounts

I am receiving more junk mail everyday, all day long. I have changed passwords and have done everything I’m supposed to do with both my mac email and my iPhone email. The process of selecting all junk mail and moving it to the junk mail folder and then going to the junk mail folder and selecting all to trash, then deleting it and then I have to go to the trash and select all and delete again. This happens a lot during the day and is becoming cumbersome. What's the trick to minimize this process?
