I suspect what you're feeling as 'vibration' is really an electrical current. The power adapters that come with Macs (in the US, at least) are not grounded plugs so if your electrical outlet is not properly grounded then you may have current running through the case of the Mac (aluminum is a good conductor). Try plugging your Mac into another outlet, ideally in another location (a local cafe, etc.) and see if that resolves the problem. If so, short of having an electrician correct your wiring you can consider using the Apple Power Extension Cable that provides a grounded plug for the adapter.

try a different main connection— opposite corner of the house / coffee shop / Library(?) and compare your results.

Apple use to include the grounded 3 prong plug with every Mac shipped... those days are gone.

I've never experienced any sort of "vibration" of any Mac that wasn't caused by some internal mechanism such as a HDD or optical drive. Your MBP has neither of these so I cannot say what is causing the sensation that you feel. Maybe a cooling fan is what you feel?

Are you experiencing some operational deficiency with the computer?

If so, and if you bought the Mac directly from Apple, then you have a 14 day window within which you may return the computer for exchange or refund without question. Otherwise the return window is whatever the seller has in place.
