Unable to back up iPhone despite available iCloud storage

So hello let me tell you my story...So one day my family got icloud and then my mum wanted to share the icloud with me. After that she got the 0.99 ok i like it and then she tries to backup her phone and then said that she cant and she only used 10 gb and she has 50gb so i dont know the promblem well i can buckup my phone but my mum she cant...

I whould like an answer fast

A) I'm not at all sure what you're saying. Try to give details and go for clarity.

B) You say that you're using iOS 26, but that iOS is in Beta, now. When you signed up for that, you agreed to discuss problems with the Beta people, so you need to contact them.

There simply is no support for Beta software. You are just a tester with the ability to use the Feedback Assistant to note issues, and you will not get a response. That is the whole purpose of using the beta and developers use it to test their apps before the final version is available. It should NEVER be installed on a primary device needed for daily use.

You can check your iCloud storage that is available by going to Settings > [name on top] > iCloud.
