Changes made to tracks in Apple Music Windows being reverted in phone app

Hi,

I've been trying to change the metadata for certain tracks in my Apple Music library (specifically, trying to place a set of single releases into one album for ease of listening). I've changed the data using Song Info in AM for Windows, and this is working fine - the songs now show up in one album together, with custom artwork and a unified title.

However, when I try to access this in AM for Android, the songs are all together in one album, but the album title isn't what I changed it to (instead it's taken the first single title alphabetically and applied it to all songs) and the artwork isn't reflected either (it appears to again have taken a random single artwork and applied it to every track), as shown in the screenshots below.

Is there any way to fix this?
