Contact your workplace IT Admin for assistance with a multi-user work computer.

Never use your personal Apple Account/ID credentials on a company owned computer. You expose yourself to all manner of risk and fraud by doing so.
As user @BobTheFisherman has suggested, please contact your company IT folks for guidance and assistance with the problem.
