iPhone 16 messages indexing for months and incorrect phone name

ever since i got my my iphone 16 my messages have been indexing its been around 5 months is there any fix to this? also my phone is titled iphone 13 mini and its a 16 it did that to my 14 as well

You can change the name to whatever you want in Settings ➜ General ➜ About ➜ Name.

When you use a backup of another iPhone. to set up a new one, it will simply set the name to whatever the old one had there. You are free to change it at any time.
