Taking pictures and sending in messages automatically saves to camera roll, how do I turn that off?

I suppose most people wouldn't have the same issue as you as they may not use their personal phone for work. But delete the photos, you'll have to continue to do.

The thing is, pictures you take don't ever really exist in the Camera app-- when you take a picture, it has to go somewhere! And that's the Photos app. Think how mad people would get (and how many posts would appear here) if, when you took a picture, it took one more step every time to tell it where you wanted it to go!

You don't. When you take a picture it saves automatically. If you don't want to keep the picture after you send it in a message, go into Photos and delete it.
