Which iPhone do you have? What is its iOS? What country are you in? I am in the US on an iPhone 15 Pro, using iOS 18.6. The app is available. It shows it requires iOS 13.0 or later. Unfortunately, since the app shows it is unavailable for you, I'm afraid there is nothing we can do to help with that except possibly tell you to look and see if it's available through a website.
