Missing iTunes playlists in Apple Music on iPhone 15 Pro

I’ve used iTunes for years to compile music from physical media throughout the years and I had made playlists with that music from my local files. But I started apple music and those playlists have disappeared from my phone. Its still present on my itunes library and when i connected my phone to sync, it shows under my music that those playlists are saved on my phone but theyre not showing when actually go to Playlist in Music. I tried syncing the icloud music library but that doesnt seem to do anything and ive synced it countless times. Im stumped
