Is this about a film from a commercial streaming service (including Apple’s media Store)?
Or is this about a film from a different source that was synced to the TV app on your iPad?
I suppose you verified that the device volume slider in Control Center isn’t set to zero? That one is different from the TV app volume slider overlay (the latter is a percentage of the former). Or that the Bell icon in Control Center isn’t on (Silent Mode)?
