Unable to sent Apple Maps reports on my iPhone anymore

I have managed to update and correct errors on Apple Maps from my 13 Pro several times however, now after filling in the details I hit send and the page disappears. No reports show up in "My Reports" so I assume it has not been sent.

Not sure if this has happened since upgraded to iOS18.6 but it was never an issue before.

Is this an known problem or just me?
