When iOS devices are powered off for an extended period, they may fail to sync with Workspace ONE UEM

When an iPad devices are powered off for an extended period of time like 100 or 200 days. they fail to sync with Workspace ONE UEM after power it ON again.

When powered ON, it just check-in the device in Workspace One and changes the last see status to recent one. But not able to execute any further commands like update the app or query the device.

Is this something expected behavior of iOS devices due to APN session or token expiration as devices powered off for extended period of time.

As you are using a third-party service provider, this is question best directed to Workspace ONE. They are best placed to offer technical support and troubleshooting for their Enterprise Management services.

Contributors here are all end-users, just like you. Other than the site Moderators, Apple neither monitor nor participate here. As such, if you hope to reach Apple Support through these forums, you will be disappointed.

As already outlined, your service provider is best placed to comment upon how your iPad operates with their service. Otherwise, you might seek assistance directly from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.

Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases from Apple devices using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:
