iPhone 13 photos stuck on 'Uploading' in iCloud

Hi! I’m having an issue with my device and I’d appreciate any help.

Device model: iPhone 13

iOS version: 17.4

Issue: My photos are not syncing to iCloud and they’ve been stuck on “Uploading” for a long time.

Steps I’ve tried: Restarting the phone, turning iCloud Photos off and on, connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.

The problem is still not resolved. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you!
