Photos from separate Apple ID appearing in shared iCloud Photo Library

Hello everyone,

I purchased iCloud storage and my partner and I share it via Family Sharing.

She recently switched from an iPhone with 500GB storage to a new one with 125GB. Before the switch, i started a family sharing with her and she uploaded all her photos to the shared Icloud from the old phone, and then downloaded them onto her new factory reset device.

Now the problem is that photos from my gallery are appearing mixed into her photo gallery, even though we are signed in with separate Apple IDs.

Does anyone know why this might be happening and how we can separate the libraries properly again?
