Is there a way to backup data for another device remotely with icloud?

My main iphone is stuck in a boot loop and i'm guessing its cos i don't have enough storage for it to start. Nothing has ever been backed in that device, but i have plenty icloud storage which i got through another iphone. Is it possible to backup data of my inaccesible phone remotely in any way. I heard i may have to get my phone back with a factory reset but i'll lose the data and i'm desperate to preserve it. Or is there any other way i can get my phone past the boot loop?

Nope, sorry. Backups MUST happen before something goes wrong. You're going to lose your data which is a painful way to learn a lesson. KiltedTim is correct that you're going to have to restore your phone, which will wipe it of it's data and there is no way around that.
