MaBook Pro with macOS Ventura 13.7.6 Keep finding errors but seems to repair so

Hello, I 've performed a first aid on my disk (MaBook pro 2017 with now Ventura 13.7.6). I am doing it not in recovery mode ...

Here is the result below, so it seems it did repair the issues but If I do it again I get the same message?

The volume /dev/rdisk1s1 was found to be corrupt and needs to be repaired.

Verifying allocated space.

Performing deferred repairs.

The volume /dev/rdisk1s1 appears to be OK.

File system check exit code is 0.

Restoring the original state found as mounted.

We have no access to passwords stored locally on the startup device when booted in Recovery mode, but "first aid" will not erase them... unless of course it's malfunctioning, and you already determined the startup device has corruption that needs to be fixed.

It should go without saying, do nothing without a backup. If you do not back up your Mac, by definition you have no concern for its contents. To learn how to use Time Machine please read Back up your files with Time Machine on Mac - Apple Support. Personally I do nothing without at least two separate and redundant backups. All the Macs I care about have at least three, but everyone's backup needs are different.

(I remember saving things but also redefining them)

If you saved them and subsequently changed them, whatever you saved is no longer valid. That seems obvious to me though, so am I misunderstanding something?

Thanks for that. What I am a little bit scared off is making sure I can reconnect as I am not sure if I have all the passwords and stuff. I mean I have the one for login into my account but I think there is another one or the long recovery key to put in (I remember saving things but also redefining them) ... so ... which ones are really needed when doing recovery mode?

Thanks

Thanks.Yes I think (I am not sure) I had some issues when fully rebooting after recovery mode like it was a "virgin" machine such asking language country etc.. and only after this it could retrieve the current installation (unless I did use Time Machine ... don't remember) ... That's why I ma a bit scared!

I have in a saved protected file the info

New personal recovery key = 'K3....' it is a copy an paste from Terminal but I don't remember how I did this or if I can check if it is still the same recovery key? Do you know this?
