after updating to 18.4, the apps have a black screen when I open the camera, but after restarting the phone, the camera works for 3 days. After a few days, the screen turns black again. Please help :(

There's not much we can do without seeing the phone. For instance, you might have some crazy apps that we don't know about.
Your best bet is to upgrade to iOS 18.6 and see if things get better.
In the mean time, you should try a Forced re-start:
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
This is different from a simple Power Off. I had to continue holding the button down past the "slide to power off" message, and then I released the button only after the Apple Logo appeared indicating a re-start.
