Unable to accept Terms & Conditions on my MacBook Air screen during set up

Hi,

I’m setting up a MacBook Air (2019), but I’m stuck on the Terms & Conditions screen—the “Agree” button is not activating.

I’ve already tried scrolling through all the documents and clicking around the screen, but nothing works.

Is there a way to fix this or bypass the issue?

Thanks in advance!

Seems only those with up-to-date OS versions can accept the iCloud terms and conditions.

See: If you can't accept iCloud Terms and Conditions - Apple Support

Apple seems to have already allowed those with earlier versions to continue on using iCloud without agreeing to the T&C.

Else: If needed: You can contact iCloud Support:

(There is a "Get Support" link (online chat, phone, eMail etc) at the bottom of their webpage (link below):

Try setting up from scratch, but on the screen previous (or maybe two screens - sometimes depends on the OS version) where you log into your Apple ID - don't. Choose to skip it until later. There is a good chance you will be able to accept the T&C, set your computer account details and password, and get to the desktop.

Then you can log into AppleID from Settings.
