I have a 24inch iMac m4 and would like to mount it to an articulating monitor arm. Are there compatible minore arms out there or what have other people done? I’m having a hard time finding recent information.
if there was a “VESA” option when I purchased it, I didn’t see it and didn’t get it. Thanks in advance for any information.

You can get the 24" M4 iMac with a VESA mount – but you must special-order it that way.
On the "Buy" page, there's a section that says "Looking for an iMac with a built-in VESA Mount Adapter?" that has a "Buy" button. If you buy an M4 iMac from that page, it has a standard VESA mount on the back – but the computer doesn't come with even the most basic of stands.

Amazon has many options for mounting an iMac with an add-on VESA type stand. Just go and search for iMac VESA and you'll get many options.
They will bolt on to the current iMac stand as it can't be removed.
