Original Title: there don't appear to be any additional photos
To give us half a chance of helping, you have to at least tell us if you're talking about a Mac, an iPad, or an iPhone. Doesn't that make sense? How about this stuff?
- What model is your iPhone or Mac or whatever?
- What macOS, iOS and/or iPadOS are you using on your device(s)?
- Are you using iCloud Photos to synchronize your devices? If so:
- …Do you have “Optimize Storage” checked in Photos’ Settings
- …Do you see all your iPhone pictures at iCloud.com?
- …Do you see all your Mac pictures at iCloud.com?
- …Do you have more than 10% free storage on your iCloud account?
- …Have you checked to see if the Apple Account is really really the same on the Mac and on the iPhone and at iCloud.com?
- If this is a Mac, where does your Mac's Photos Library reside-- in the Pictures folder of your internal drive, or on an external drive? or on a network? on iCloud drive?
- Do you have more than 10% free storage on your Mac or whatever device(s)?
- Has this problem always existed, or when did it start? Can you think of anything that changed that might affect your device?
