Bookmarks on my Mac Studio, iPad Mini and iPhone have stopped syncing.

My Safari bookmarks were a mess and I decided to reorganize them using Safari on my Mac Studio because of the large screen size.

Although sync was working initially between all 3 devices (I tested it) it seems to have stopped working shortly after I started. Now nothing is syncing

Following Apple's troubleshooting guide I verified that iCloud was still signed in and enabled for Safari on all three platforms. I tried rebooting the iPad, and starting and stopping Safari .

I suppose I could simply export the bookmarks where I am doing the reorganizing, then delete the book marks on all devices, and import the exported bookmarks.

Are there any better options?

This involves a Mac M1max Studio on Ventura, an iPad mini 6 on ios 18 and an iphone 12 on ios 18
