How do I block an artist and or specific song in my apple music subscription from playing in any playlist or station?

I just had THE most disturbing song play on apple music. It had unsubtle themes of assault and blatant objectification and was like five or seven songs into a station based on Paris Paloma's Labour. It was INCREDIBLY disturbing and talk about not on theme!!!!

All I could find on the app was 'suggest less,' which was highly unhelpful. It doesn't even end the song when you select it!

Any advice? This is my first day using the app. I am trying to switch over from Spotify, but I may need to find a different option for music..

You can tell Siri that you do not like this song, and it will mark it as disliked and immediately skip to the next song. This is useful for when you are playing your personalized station, such as telling Siri to play songs that you like.

A playlist or station is a list of predetermined songs that will play each song with the only option to tell Siri to skip a song. The songs that are played there are not based on your personal preferences.

When a song plays that you do not like, simply skipping the song will notify Apple that you are not interested in hearing it, but is not as explicit as marking it as Suggest Less. Using Suggest Less does not skip the song on its own as it does with Siri when you say you do not like that song, but it does mark the song and you are not likely to hear it again. Siri and Apple Intelligence are 2 different things and you can certainly have Apple Intelligence turned off and use Siri.

For me, Siri is much more convenient when it comes to personalization of your songs as I am either listening through AirPods or at home with the HomePods and do not always have a device in front of me to mark the songs. As with Spotify, it does take time to get your personalized preferences, but after that, very little interaction is needed and the song suggestions are extremely accurate based on your listening history.
