15 inch MacBook pro 2011 blue screen

The MacBook displays the Apple logo, folder with a question mark, and internet recovery globe just fine, but once I get the Apple logo with loading bar and let that finish, it shows a blue screen, either with vertical stripes or just blue. Mind you there's no OS on it. I've tried swapping the ram and SSD for known working one's, and It still proceeds to act up.
