I have my music library in Apple Music on my computer and I am not able to synchronise it with my Iphone.

Do you get an error? If so, what does it say?

thank you Phil for replying. I have a PC and there is no sync option on Apple Music ( where I have my library) on my PC nor on my brand new Iphone. Before, I was able to sync via I tunes, but since all the music has been moved to Apple Music, this option has disappeared both from PC and Iphone.
Correct, you’ll need to Download the Apple Devices App from the Microsoft app store to sync the PC with the iPhone.

I do not why this is not working. seems to be getting even worse. my library on my pc seems to have disappeared. thankfully, I still have a copy on my ipad, but can transfer it on my pc. the only option seems to be to synchronize the pc to my ipad, not the other way.
I was thinking of trying to use the icloud but could not find a way either.
why is it so complicated? with itunes, it was so much easier. now it is a nightmare
Synchronization has always been one way. PC to device. Never the other way. You cannot extract your music from the iPad with iTunes or the new Devices, this has never been possible, and has not been made more complicated, it's the way it always has worked.
Are you saying your library is not in the Apple Music App?
If you still have iTunes, then uninstall the Music App, and go back to your library there.
If your library is not visible in iTunes either to or you don't want to go back to iTunes, then simply hold down thew shift key when starting the music Apple and find the iTunes Library.itl file.
