Apple TV control panel on startup
LG tv has top right control panel appear once or twice on startup. ATV/Remotes and Devices/Volume Control set to “Automatic”.
change to “TV via IR” to solve issue.

Could it be that the remote button for Control Center access is unintentionally sending a signal, even when not pressed?
Try to restart just the Siri Remote. If your Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote isn't working - Apple Support
