iCloud for windows version 15.4.210.0 breaks Passwords extension

iCloud for Windows app revision 15.4.210.0 updated 2/3 days ago - password extension for Chrome and Edge are broken now.

The extension does not detect that the Passwords setting in the iCloud app is Enabled, and always asks to "Enable Passwords in iCloud for Windows to use iCloud Passwords with Chrome".

Previous version 15.3.152.0 was working fine (though the iCloud app always opened on boot/wake).

Is anyone else having this issue on 15.4.210.0? I'm already in discussion with Apple Support, and I can't find an official microsoft Store link for previous version.

Win10 22h2, fully up to date.
