MacBook Air with network error and internet access issue
After not using my MacBook Air for five days, I noticed I did not have any Internet access upon using my device (MacBook Air model A1932. Although I can connect to my router and WiFi, I cannot access the network button on the system settings. I get the following message: error. Extension process network exited. I’m assuming I need to update the operating system but how can I update if I don’t have an Internet connection? I am not tech savvy, so I need simplified help if possible. Thank you.
