How to start up from macOS Recovery
Use another Mac to create a bootable macOS installer USB drive. Boot your Mac from the USB by holding Option (Alt) during startup and selecting the installer drive. Use this to reinstall or troubleshoot further.
First, check if you might have held Command + R while starting up, which puts the Mac into Recovery Mode. If that’s the case, click the Apple menu in the top left and choose “Restart” to see if it boots normally.
If it keeps going into Recovery Mode every time, it could be an issue with the system or the drive. In Recovery Mode, you can open Disk Utility to check the drive, or use “Reinstall macOS” to repair the system.
Just make sure to back up your data first so nothing gets lost.
Hi,
You could exit it by selecting "Restart" from the Apple menu. If it doesn't help, reinstall macOS could be the solution.
