You are almost certainly done with feature updates to the Ventura operating system and its Apple applications after Ventura 13.7.7. As Apple deems necessary, they may issue the rare security update at some later date.
Many third-party application developers are now following Apple's three-year life cycle and will drop support for their application updates on Ventura. Microsoft comes to mind. The mainstream third-party browser developers have been discussed, but even Apple Mail and Safari on Ventura should be ok while Transport Layer Security (TLS) v1.3 remains de-rigor.
How long you can continue using Ventura on that 2017 MBP will depend on the third-party applications you are using and whether those vendors continue support on Ventura, and you need features in newer versions that are not available on Ventura.
