iOS 18.6, iPadOS 18.6 And MacOS 15.6 - Private Browser Will Not Lock

Following up on this post from last year. Private Safari Window Lock worked for me through all versions until today when I updated to iOS 18.6, iPadOS 18.6 and MacOS 15.6. All three operating systems fail to lock the private browser windows/tabs. I have tried restarting after turning off and then turning on the Safari preference requiring TouchID or FaceID and still does not work. Turned off the feature in Safari, Quit Safari, Opened Safari and enabled the feature. Still does not work on any of the operating systems.

Update. Should have done this before posting. I went through all of the steps above for iPadOS annd iOS and locked windows/tabs now works.

MacOS 15.6 continues to have the issue.
