Apple heart shared data is delayed by many hours

My husband shares his health data with me and he receives alerts when an event happens happens but I don’t receive notifications until hours after the event. I have an iPhone 12 with iOS version 18.5 and he has iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 15.8.4
