Headphone jack stops working after 20+hrs for my new MacBook Pro M4

The headphone jack port stops working after longs hours variably 20+ hours on my MacBook Pro M4, especially after closing the laptop and opening it after few hours. It results in a static noise through the earphones and audio automatically switches to speakers. This has been happening since few months. The only way I found to resolve this issue was to restart the laptop. MacBook is supposed to work fine without the need of restart, but here I am restarting my mac everyday to resolve this issue.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.5

On a brand new Mac you would not expect an issue...

If it is a hardware issue I would return it for one that works as expected out of the box.
