How do I recover lost Safari Tab Groups?

I had to restart my iPad Pro 2024 because it was so slow (but there’s plenty of space left, over 200 gb). When I turned it on again and went to safari everything was gone: history, bookmarks, tabs and tab groups. I don’t have any backups either because my iCloud is full. And to be honest, I have NEVER experienced something like this on my none apple devices. I am definitely never using Safari again, but I would still like to get my tab groups back if possible. What can I do to get them back?
