How can I delete corrupted music on iTunes and start afresh on iPhone?

I have deleted all the Music from my iPhone, then deleted the Music App from my iPhone. When I open the Music App on my iPhone and search through Playlists, Artists, Albums, Songs there is nothing showing.

When I connect the iPhone to iTunes and select Devices > iPhone > Music it lists 18 songs. Those were songs were there, but I deleted them from the iPhone using the Music App, which I then deleted from the iPhone, then powered it, off waited a couple of minutes, then restarted it.

Those songs are corrupted by bad metadata, don't want them.....

How do I clear iTunes so I start afresh?

My PC, iTunes and iPhone 13 Pro are all running the latest software.

Thanks, Frustrated Fred
