Siri not speaking on iPhone 11

If you’re having trouble with Siri speaking aloud, go to Settings > Siri > Siri Responses > Make sure it is set to Prefer Spoken Responses.

If you’re having trouble with Siri responding to you, go to Settings > Siri > Talk and Type to Siri > Turn it Off then back on to Siri or Siri and Hey Siri. You’ll be asked to read a set of prompts which trains Siri to better recognize and respond to your voice for future requests.
