Passwords App Blank, No Passwords Accessible, August 2025

Hello to all -

Never had this happen before in ten years. Ipad Pro, 18.6 update, the Passwords App at first was "stuck" on one password, and now is completely blank. No way to access my Passwords, which is a real problem as like everyone I have many many stored to pay bills and such, and cannot access any of them, just a completely blank screen, upending my life and bill paying today.

I phoned Apple Support today and was told Apple is "aware of the problem" and "working on it" and to "just keep an eye open for an update" but that is literally not very encouraging, this is a real problem for me, especially as while my passwords are backed up in Icoud, the Apple rep told me the passwords are not available for me to look at in Icloud for security reasons and are only there for downloading onto my device.

I see people posting as far back as March 2025 about this same issue and that does not give me hope that Apple is able to fix this crucial problem if it has been unsolved by Apple for so long already and it's a crucial
