How do I remove the pulsing Instagram icon on my Apple Watch?

Since the latest update I’ve noticed a pulsing Instagram icon on the watch face. I don’t have the Instagram app on my watch. When I open it, it says open on iPhone; nothing happens when I touch it.

ive deleted notifications on my phone and even deleted the app but it’s still there. Anyone else having the same issue and found a solution?
